We respect and treat our clients with the utmost care. We ensure that client confidentiality and privacy is strictly maintained at all times. We always make sure that all treatments are provided at the highest possible standards and within the most relaxing atmosphere possible.
We request that all mobile phones are switched off while having your appointment.
Please allow plenty of time and do not delay for your appointment.
Any aggressive behaviour especially if caused by drugs or alcohol intake will not be tolerated and client will be asked to leave.
We encourage clients to wear comfortable clothing during sessions.
If for any reason on the day of your session you are in severe pain or distress, please call us and we might be able to move your appointment to another day.
All cancellations must be done no less than 24 hours before your appointment.
Any cancellation MUST be confirmed by us, otherwise it will not be accepted.

If you fail to cancel your session giving us at least 24 hours notice or don’t turn in, we reserve our right to keep your deposit (€50.00) as per our Terms & Conditions.
YOUR ASSESSMENT SESSIONS
Assessment sessions are required before you start your psychotherapy, analytical hypnotherapy, children therapy or nutritional therapy.
Psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and children therapy assessment sessions take up to 1 hour.
Nutritional assessment takes 2 hours and should bring with you or email in advance your food diary as well as list of supplements and medication you are currently taking (if any).
ANY MEDICAL AND PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU IN THE SESSIONS IS KEPT STRICTLY SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL AT ALL TIMES.
